All those who wanted to by the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 but had to settle for cheaper phone, here’s a phone that looks exactly like the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and is way beyond cheaper then it. UMI a Chinese company has launched a new smartphone : UMI Rome which looks exactly like the Galaxy Note 5 and comes with the price tag of $90 (Rs.6000INR) that is one-tenth of the price of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
Its not only the design of the phone which the reason for the phone becoming the talking point but its features and specifications are too becoming a reason for it coming into the limelight. Yes the features of the phone are too mouthwatering and gigantic for a phone priced at Rupees 6000.
The UMI Rome comes with a 5.5 inch amoled display (which is vaguely smaller that note 5 which comes with the 5.7 inch) and the same curve in back Note 5. The resolution of 720p panel which is an Amoled one and a 2.5D cured glass display makes it is great deal too. Also Read – LG G5
Powered by the 64-bit octa core Mediatek MT6753 processor clocked at 1.4GHz supported by RAM of 3GB. The phone will come Android 5.1 pre-installed.
The camera too is one of the reason of it becoming the best smartphone at the price tag of Rs. 5,000, the primary camera will be a 13Mp camera with Sony IMX164 sensor with dual LED FLASH where as the front-facing camera will be a 2MP which will also have a led flash.
The smartphone comes with a slim gut of 7.9mm and and will have support for 4G LTE bands of both the sides. Fitted with a battery of 2,500mAh the UMI Rome will hit the Chinese market by the end of December. However the company hasn’t conveyed any information about the phone being launched in India, Sources to Giztimes says the company is planning to bring the phone in the Indian markets by selling it exclusively through an popular online store by February next year.
With such loaded features and such a low price the phone is expected to boom the Indian Markets and will hit hard companies like Yu, Karbon and intex which are currently ruling the market.
