QiKU Smartphone Release Date, Features, And Price
The first smartphone from the Qihoo 360 & Coolpad joint venture company QiKu is all set to launch its first ever prime edition mobile phone with cool specs very soon. QiKU plans to announce 3 new smart phones in 2015 for the entry level, mid range & high end markets.
QiKU smartphone according to the leaks will have an octa core processor, a full High Definition screen 1080 pixel resolution display, finger print sensor, & dual SIM dual standby 4G LTE network connectivity. The phone will most likely feature a MediaTek MT6753 1.5 GHz octa core CPU, coupled with 2 GB of RAM, an Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, 16 GB of inbuilt memory, a 13 mega pixel back camera, & a 5 mega pixel front camera. On the other hand, Xiaomi is all set to launch Mi 4C smartphone with features including 5 inch screen display along with 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution display and 441ppi density, Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC chip set ( MSM8922 ) hexa core 1.4 GHz processor, Adreno 418 GPU, an Android 5.1.1 Lollipop Operating system with the all new MIUI 7 User Interface running on the top, and 16 GB of internal memory space.
Earlier rumors pointed towards that the first QiKu Smartphone will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and 128 GB of inbuilt memory, a 20.7 mega pixel back camera with optical zoom feature, a 7 mega pixel front facing camera with a ring flash, & a pressure sensitive touch screen similar to Apple’s Force Touch technology.
Although, there is no official conformation about the release date of QiKU smartphone, but it is expected to release in mid – September 2015 and have a price tag of 999 Yuan in China or around $160 only. Also Read – Release date of iPhone 7
QiKU handset leaks sports 3 Capacitive buttons below the screen display – back, home & menu buttons. The phone is also expected to give stiff competition to other Chinese smart phone brands including Asus, Xiaomi and OnePlus. QiKU smart phones will mainly challenge Xiaomi cheap range phones like Redmi Note series and Mi series.
