iPhone 6S And 6S Plus To Be Launched in India On October 16
A good news is there for all the Indian customers who were in waiting to buy iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, as Apple India has decided to launch both of them in India on October 16.
The company has already sold 13 million units of iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus within the first three days of their availability. Earlier 10 million units of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus were sold and this time its record has been broken. Also, the phone will be launched in the Indian market within the month’s time after they were available in the global market and hence it will become the fastest roll out of an iPhone for the Indian market.
Apple claims to have changed everything with the ‘Only thing that’s changed is everything’ tag line of the new iPhone 6S. That mesmerizingly beautiful metallic body now comes in aerospace grade 7000 series aluminium alloy & a host of futuristic features in the new avatar.
The price of the phones in India has not yet been made official. But the expected starting price of iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus could be Rs. 60,000 and Rs. 68,000 respectively. Also Read – HTC ONE A9
There are some similarities between the two models. Both the phones will be available in three variants divided on the basis of internal storage and that is: – 16GB, 64GB and 128GB. In addition to this both of them are powered by the new A9 processor with 2GB Ram and they run on iOS9 operating system. Also, the smartphones have a rear camera of 12MP which is backed with dual-tone dual LED and a front camera of 5MP.
The phones will be available in 4 color variants which are: – silver, space gray, gold and rode gold hue. iPhone 6S has a screen size of 4.7 inch screen and iPhone 6S plus in 5.5 inch screen size. So, let us see whether the new iPhone will be able to impress the people of India and can it break previous sales records in India.
