Currently England is leading the series by 2-1 and it is a chance for the Australians to level the series in this Fourth Ashes Test , but the way they were outplayed by the hosts has made it very difficult for them to do achieve their target. Now, England have a great chance to win this match and in turn win this year’s Ashes cup. In spite of not having their main bowler James Anderson England have shown that all other bowlers are also capable to make the team win matches.
Chris Rogers, who was the first wicket of Stuart Broad in this game took his 300th wicket of test carrier. Moreover, Broad became the first bowler to pick up eight wickets before lunch. It was the shortest first innings of the Test cricket. It was the second time when Australia were bowled out before the lunch interval, previously when it occurred was in 1896. Michael Clarke, the Australian captain is also not at his best and is not able to perform well throughout the series. Also, only Steven Smith is the one who has been playing well for the team as a batsman. Bowlers have been doing quite well, but have to work harder to get results.
