The event was house to about 7000+ fans, where Pixar may have made their intentions of focusing on the past very clear, but Disney, on the other hand, is moving forward in every way. They plan on working on completely fresh scripts which are not related to any already-existing movies. Disney showed their concept art for their new movie Gigantic, which will come out on 2018. The movie is going to be a musical retelling the story of the Jack and the Beanstalk. Even though the concept is same, it can be expected that there will be some changes in the story.
