India started its series against Sri Lanka with a loss in the first Test match, in spite of being a team having young players didn’t lose hope and won the next two matches of the series and finally won the series by 2-1.

After winning the first test series as the captain of India, Virat Kohli was very happy and gave the credit of the victory to the members and even to those who didn’t play. Sangakkara and Clarke Retire From All Forms of Cricket

The two great cricketers Sangakkara and Clarke retire from all forms of the cricket.The wicket-keeper batsman Sangakkara played his first test match on 20 July 2000 against South Africa and made his ODI debut against Pakistan in the same year on 5 July.

He had played 134 test matches in which he had scored 12400 runs with an average of 57.40 having scored 38 hundreds and 52 fifties with a top score of 319. Moreover, he had scored 14234 runs with an average of 41.98 in 404 ODI’s that he had played. Apart from being an excellent batsman, Sangakkara was also a very good wicket keeper.
